Insomnia
Getting
a good night’s sleep is very important, and when we are
relaxed it just happens naturally.
However, sometimes it seems that we take all of the day’s
problems to bed with us, thoughts going around and around in
our heads disrupting the natural flow of things. And this
can happen night after night, feeling tired in the mornings
and starting the day in the wrong frame of mind.
This
then becomes a habit as one day and night leads into another
which they find hard to break out of.
We
frequently see clients who have suffer from Insomnia and
usually it is very easy to fix. We teach our clients how to
relax properly, perhaps take a different perspective on an
issue, and we have a range of CD’s that help it all to
happen.
