Panic Attack / Fear
A Panic
Attack has been described as an intense feeling of fear that
happens suddenly, and can last from 10 – 15 minutes. Many
experiencing a panic attack for the first time can feel that
they are having a heart attack, although there is no
evidence that anyone has ever died from one.
At The
Milton Clinic we dismantle the habitual thought
patterns that the person has been using to create the
attack, and install new and more useful thoughts in their
place.
By
teaching the client how to run their own brains and manage
their own feeling and behaviours leads to a greatly improved
quality of life.
