Stop Procrastinating
Procrastination most often comes about when we fool
ourselves into making mental images that exaggerate the
difficulties of the tasks ahead of us. We turn molehills
into mountains, get overwhelmed by the thought of the
mountains, and find it mistakenly convenient to put things
aside for another time – which, as we all know, inevitably
makes the situation far worse.
The
answer is to rearrange the inside of your mind so that you
focus on the fun of the finish rather than the drudgery of
the doing.
It’s a
simple thinking pattern, and it works. More important, when
you install the pattern in your mind, it can actually make
work a lot more enjoyable. So pretty soon you begin to
develop rampant motivation.
At the
Milton Clinic, we know exactly how to fix
procrastination. It’s a simple process, usually done in a
light trance state, along with some practice on your part
for three or four days. We’ll even give you a CD to help you
maintain the practice sessions.
If
you’ve ever wanted the comfort of knowing you can enjoyably
tackle anything that comes along, you’ll want to experience
this. |
