Our weight is a direct result of the amount of food we eat. And the amount of food we eat depends upon what we perceive to be the level of fullness in the stomach.

So what’s the best way to go about losing weight? Simple. Reduce the perception of the level of fullness. Embed vivid mental imagery of a slimmer, lighter ‘you’, and you find you start eating less without even thinking about it.
